Viewpoint Estates is a gated residential subdivision near London Bridge Road and North View Drive, north of central Lake Havasu. The April 2025 state public report places the community south of North View Drive, roughly 1,900 feet west of its intersection with London Bridge Road.
Use 4816 N Pleasant Ave, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404 for the clubhouse and sales-office location published on the current community site. For residential showings, use the actual property address and arrange gate access with HavasuLew.
Although the mailing address says Lake Havasu City, the subdivision is in unincorporated Mohave County. The public report identifies County-maintained public approach roads and private streets maintained by the HOA inside the subdivision.

Lake Havasu State Park gives you a concrete destination for testing the drive with a boat and trailer. The north and south Windsor ramps are in Lot 2; the separate Lot 1 ramp is for personal watercraft and jet boats and does not allow propeller boats.
